What should I do if I have an assessment due?
Assessments and examinations are due to take place as planned, so it is important that you continue to prepare for these, meet required deadlines and attend examinations and vivas as specified
What happens if I do not get an assignment marked?
Regulations will be in place to ensure that wherever possible students can complete their programme, progress from one stage of their degree programme to the next, or progress to further study. For programmes leading to professional accreditation the University will work with the appropriate bodies to confirm requirements and acceptable moderations.
Will all my assessments be marked? Will I receive feedback?
All assessments will be marked, some of the marking may be delayed due to the boycott, you should expect to receive feedback when it is marked.

When the boycott ends the University will then be in a position to provide further updates as to when to expect the publication of your actual marks.
I am a non-final year student. What if my actual mark when it is known is a fail? Will I still be able to progress?
The assessment regulations allow for toleration in up to 40 credits of failures down to 30% in non-core modules (subject to PSRB requirements). If you fail more than 40 credits and/or have a mark below 30% and have been allowed to progress trailing modules you will be given a further attempt to redeem your failed module. If you are pursuing a professional programme which is subject to PSRB requirements please check with your Faculty directly.
