Swansea Employability Academy (SEA) run a wide range of events to help you make connections with employers, along with skills development training, workshops and employability programmes.

From our annual flagship careers fair to individual skills and confidence building sessions to employer drop-in’s, there’s something for everyone, at every stage of their career journey.

Our full calendar of events is hosted on our Employment Zone platform. Students will need to sign in to register for events. Swansea graduates can continue to access Employment Zone, you’ll just need to sign up for an alumni account using your personal email.

Careers Fair

Our flagship annual careers fair is a great way to explore a wide range of organisations actively recruiting students. Network and make connections with local, national, and international employers. Ask questions and gain insight into how employers recruit into roles that interest you, in a supportive environment.

In line with the recruitment calendar for many graduate recruiters, our annual careers fair takes place in October each year.

Meet the Employer

In the meantime you can come to Meet the Employer session! This is a great opportunity to speak to employers interested in Swansea University students. You can network, learn about available vacancies and find out what employers are looking for in candidates.
