An offence, often referred to as “unfair practice”, constitutes any act whereby you obtain, or attempt to obtain, an unpermitted advantage – whether for yourself or for someone else.
Examples include
Taking unpermitted items into a venue
Cheating, attempting to cheat, or assisting another candidate to cheat
Impersonating a candidate, or allowing yourself to be impersonated
Having any writing on any part of your body or clothing
Communicating or attempting to communicate with other candidates
Committing plagiarism, i.e. presenting another person’s work as though it were your own
