Student Compliance Services is responsible for ensuring the University is compliant in its sponsorship of Student Route (previously Tier 4) students, whilst also maintaining accuracy of all documentation and records held for non-UK/Irish students as follows:
- Right to study registration for all non-UK/Irish students
- The management and issuance of BRP (Biometric Residence Permits)
- The monitoring andescalation of Student Route (previously Tier 4) students who have poor attendance
- The issuance of CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance to Study) for students wishing to extend their courses
- The reporting of change of student circumstances to the UKVI
- Advising stakeholders on University policy and compliance
Whilst we are a separate team from International@CampusLife, we work very closely with them to provide an excellent student experience.

From 17th September 2024 onward, please visit the enrolment venue on your campus of study in order to complete your right to study registration (no appointment necessary):
Bay Campus Registration
Open 9:30am - 4.00pm (Mon-Fri)
- 17th - 27th September: The College, Room 004 - (7.2 on the campus map)
- 30th September - 4th October: Bay Library – (5 on the campus map)
Park Campus Registration
Open 9:30am - 4:00pm (Mon-Fri)
- 17th - 27th September: Taliesin, Mall Room - (32 on the campus map)
- 30th September - 4th October: Singleton Library: - (7 on the campus map)
Please note that in cases where there is an excessive volume of demand for the service, students may be asked to return for the next available session.
