We are all about making your student experience, while living in residences, the best it can be. We are here to listen to your concerns and provide access to relevant support services. We aren’t medical professionals, sociologists, or trained counsellors, but we do know how to put you in touch with any professionals that can support you.

We organise community activities and events that can help you to feel more at home and part of the student community. We have strong links with the Students' Union, Get ACTIVEThe Haven & Lighthouse projects and together have created a calendar of events that will help you find your footing on campus.

All students at Swansea benefit from access to Student Support Services, which provides information, advice, and support on a wide range of issues. Everyone needs help sometimes and we have a team of experts on hand to help you work through any difficulties.
Whether you have a general enquiry about student life, a specific problem or would just like to talk things through, CampusLife is a good place to start.

The Students' Union Advice and Support Centre also gives free, independent, and confidential advice and representation to Swansea University students. They cover all areas of student issues; from money worries, academic troubles, and housing problems. They can even advise you on legal issues and support you with personal matters.

Health

Looking after your health is important when you leave home, and start to live independently as a student.
