Applications for Returning Students 2026/27 Are Now Open
You will be able to:
- Submit an application for the 2026/27 academic year as an individual or with friends.
- Apply as a group (up to 11 students). Each member must submit an individual application and include the names and student numbers of the group within the Section 4: Requests field.
- Secure your booking without paying an Advance Rent Payment (Reservation Deposit).
- Take advantage of the Bay Campus Special Offer – 200 Rooms at 2025/26 Prices.

The first 200 returning students booking selected Bay Campus rooms will receive a rent freeze, paying the standard 2025/26 rates with no increase for 2026/27.

Please note that last year’s temporary promotional discounted rates are not included in the rent freeze.

- Avoid the hassle of shared liabilities for utility bills — all utilities, Wi-Fi and insurance are included.

Where do returning students live?
We offer flats in residences which are designated for returning students only, meaning you will not be living alongside students in their first year of study.
If you feel you need to stay in University accommodation - for example due to a disability, health condition or other circumstances which mean accommodation in the private sector isn't suitable for you - it is essential that you include this information in your application.

Bay Campus offers direct access to a beautiful beach, and its seafront promenade. There are frequent, direct bus services between campuses.

Beck House
Beck House (or Tŷ Beck in Welsh) is situated in Uplands, close to shops and amenities.
Ensuite rooms and rooms with shared bathrooms are available. There is a free car park for residents, and bus services nearby run regularly to both campuses and the City Centre.

Singleton Park Campus
All Singleton Park residences are within walking distance of the park, the beach, Swansea Bay Sports Park, Singleton Hospital and Swansea Bay. All flats have shared kitchens.

Standard rooms (with shared bathrooms, ratio 1:2 or 1:3)
Note, Singleton Park tends to be a very popular choice and can become oversubscribed.
