The best way to contact the Wellbeing and Disability Service is by email as this allows us to easily direct queries to the right area: wellbeingdisability@swansea.ac.uk
Our response time for emails is typically 3 working days but this may be longer during busy periods.
Please note, we are not open on bank holidays.
If you do wish to contact our Service administrators by telephone, you can call 01792 295592. Our phone lines are open:

Please do not call individual staff directly unless prearranged as this may disrupt appointments. Our administrators are also unable to transfer phone calls through to staff for this reason. If you do need to contact a specific member of staff, please email us and we will ensure your query is passed on.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
If your appointment is at the Wellbeing and Disability Service on Singleton Campus, our Reception is Room 941 Talbot Building.
The most accessible way to get to us is to enter Faraday Building off the Mall and go to the end of the long corridor straight ahead of you. Turn right through brown double doors, and our Reception is 5 doors down on the left. Campus maps are available.
Please be reminded that we are an appointment-only Service and do not offer drop-ins. To request an appointment, please see the relevant Support sections above.
