Welcome Week for September 2026 will take place from 21st until 25th September 2026, with a range of events taking place each day. Effort should be made by you to attend all events listed within the below timetable.
Events are a chance to gain insight to your chosen degree programme, ask questions and get to know both staff and students in your department. We look forward to meeting you!

Your passion for Aerospace Engineering has brought you here. With the guidance of our devoted staff, you will translate your curiosity in aircraft, space and engineering into skills and knowledge that will empower you to understand and navigate the fascinating world of aerospace. From theoretical principles to practical aspects, you will spend your next few years here developing a comprehensive understanding of all things aerospace. You will put your skills into practice by designing, building and flying small scale aircraft. During your time here, you will be challenged but also inspired.
