Welcome Week

We look forward to meeting you in Welcome Week. there is a varied programme of events throughout the week, which we hope will inform and motivate you as you begin your programme of studies. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to socialise with your coursemates and learn about the support available to you while you study.

Your Welcome Week timetable is below, and we encourage you to get involved in as many of these activities as possible. Sessions which are compulsory for new students are noted on the timetable. Please note that this is different from your teaching timetable, which will take effect when lectures begin on Monday 28th September.

Monday 21st September

10:00am-12:00pm Programme Induction **Compulsory**

Meet your programme director, who will introduce your programme of study, provide key academic information, direct you to course resources and help introduce you to student life.

 

1:00-4:00pm Programme Engagement Session **Compulsory**

Atrium, Ground Floor, School of Management Building

An opportunity to learn about Swansea University and meet your peers in engaging and fun way.
